  • 3 cloves Garlic - finely chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger - grated
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
  • 2 tablespoons Sunflower Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 2 Dry Red Chillies

To prepare the Moong Dal With Radish Greens method, begin by cleaning and washing the moong dal.

Soak it in liquid for 10-15 moments.Meanwhile wash the radish greens well and chop them finely.Next, in a pressure cooker mildly hot a teaspoon of making fat over medium mildly hot.
