To prepare the Moong Dal With Radish Greens method, begin by cleaning and washing the moong dal.

Soak it in liquid for 10-15 moments.Meanwhile wash the radish greens well and chop them finely.Next, in a pressure cooker mildly hot a teaspoon of making fat over medium mildly hot.

Once fat is burning enough transfer in the cut up garlic and grated ginger.

mix gently shallow fry on low mildly hot till garlic turns light brown in color.transfer in the soaked moong dal along with turmeric ground mix, red chili ground mix, mango ground mix and 2 cups of liquid and mix gently to combine.

Close the lid of the pressure cooker and let the moong dal prepare over medium mildly hot for 2 to 3 whistles.

Turn off the mildly hot.

Allow the pressure to release naturally.While the dal is making in the pressure cooker, in a cooking vessel mildly hot a teaspoon of fat over medium mildly hot.

transfer in the cut up radish greens and prepare until the greens are wilted and cooked through.

Turn off the mildly hot and keep aside.Once the pressure has released, open the lid of the pressure cooker and gently mash the dal with the back of the spoon.

Check the table salt and seasoning levels and adjust to suit your palate.The last step is to temper the dal.

In a tadka cooking vessel, mildly hot some ghee on medium mildly hot.

When it is mildly hot, transfer in the cumin seeds.

Once they crackle, transfer in the red chilli, parched-fry the chillies for a few seconds and turn off the mildly hot.transfer the tadka over the dal and mix gently to combine.
