  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Ras el hanout spice blend - moroccan spice blend
  • Kosher salt - as required
