Ingredients
2 cup Kabuli Chana (White Chickpeas)
1 cup Dates
1 Onion
1 cup Homemade tomato puree
6 cloves Garlic - minced
1 inch Ginger - minced
1 tablespoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
1 tablespoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini)
2 tablespoons Paprika powder
Salt - to taste
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Mint Leaves (Pudina) - for garnish
Couscous - as required (cooked)
Instructions
