Ingredients
1-1/4 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)

8 Button mushrooms - chopped
3 cloves Garlic
1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) - chopped
3 tablespoons Parsley leaves - chopped
2 tablespoons Basil leaves - chopped
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 teaspoon White pepper powder
Salt - to taste
Milk - for brushing
