Ingredients

  • 300 grams Button mushrooms - cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Sweet corn - steamed
  • 1 Onion - finely chopped
  • 2 Dry Red Chillies - finely chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 7 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1 teaspoon Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
  • Salt - to taste

Instructions

To begin making Mushroom Masala With Corn method, wash the mushrooms and chop into cubes.
