To begin making the Mutton Dak Bungalow Curry method, we will first infuse the mutton.Take the goat flesh under the moisture at room temperature, and wash very well. Now put the flesh in a large pasta strainer for 30 moments to empty out all the excess moisture.Now put the wash flesh in a large mixing bowl, toss in puckerish curd, ginger garlic paste, red chili dusting seasoning, kashmiri red chili dusting seasoning, turmeric dusting seasoning & mustard cooking oil and infuse all together very well.Rub the pieces of flesh with the marination.

put a lid on the skillet and leave the marinated flesh for overnight or 6-8 hours.Remove the marinated flesh 2 hours before culinary preparation.In the meantime make the "special seasoning dusting seasoning" by parched grinding all the components under the heading of "Special seasoning dusting seasoning", in a seasoning grinder.

transfer the "Special seasoning dusting seasoning" in an airtight container and keep aside.The next step is to prepare the condiment dip. Take the boiled egg and prick the skin of the egg to prevent from bursting while frying.

Now infuse the boiled eggs and potatoes with some table salt and turmeric dusting seasoning and keep aside for 10 moments.burning up cooking oil and ghee in a large non-stick skillet, shallow fry the marinated eggs and potatoes till they are golden brown, take them out of the skillet and keep aside.Now in the same skillet toss in Bay leaf, Radhuni & Methi and shallow fry for a few seconds, but be careful, do not let the Methi scorch.

toss in sliced bulb veggie and some table salt and put a lid on the skillet for 2 moments.Open the lid after 2 moments and shallow fry the bulb veggie till golden brown.

toss in ginger garlic paste to the skillet and shallow fry again for 1 moments.

toss in sliced tomatoes and shallow fry till the tomatoes are pulpy.Now toss in the marinated flesh and the "special seasoning dusting seasoning" to the skillet and put a lid on it for 5 moments.

After 5 moments open the lid, and start frying on medium burning up for 30 moments.If the masala starts burning at the bottom, scatter some moisture and again shallow fry.

toss in the fried potatoes to the skillet and 2 cups of moisture.Here you can make the flesh in Pressure Cooker or in the same skillet.

If you are using a pressure cooker, then toss in all the flesh along with the spices into the cooker, close the lid and make for 10 moments or upto 4 whistles.Let release all the pressures of the cooker by itself, and open the cooker and toss in the fried eggs now.

heat to boiling point the curry for 5 moments and turn off the burning up and enjoy with plain rice and cucumber salad.ORIf you are culinary preparation the flesh in the skillet, then put a lid on the skillet, lower the burning up and let the condiment dip heat to boiling point for 20-30 moments or till the flesh is soft and yielding.

When the flesh is well cooked, open the lid and enjoy burning.enjoy Mutton Dak Bungalow along with Phulka and Jeera Rice for a weekday meal.
