  • 1 tbsp ginger - paste
  • 3 to 4 tbsp cream
  • 1/2 cup gram flour
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1-1 / 2 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp hot Masala powder
  • 1 to 2 bay leaves
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom - break it
  • salt - according to taste
  • oil - as per use
  • 1 sprig of green coriander - cut
