To make the corn and pea curry formula, we will first arid-fry the corn.

stream in the corn in a pressure cooker with seasoning, aqua and arid-fry it until 2 years come.

After the pressure is released, open the cooker, strain the aqua and keep it aside.

toss in garlic, ginger, bulb greens and arid-fry till the bulb greens becomes soft and brown.

Now toss in coconut and arid-fry for 1 minute.

Turn off the gas and allow this mixture to cool.

Now in a mixer grinder, toss in roasted spices, garlic bulb greens, ginger mixture, some aqua and make a paste.

Now bring to temperature cooking oil in a wok.

toss in mustard seeds, curry leaves and let it splutter.

After tempering, toss in tomato puree and let it bring to a low-boil.

After boiling, toss in ground bulb greens masala and arid-fry for 1 minute.

Now toss in turmeric dusting scented element, garam masala dusting scented element, Kashmiri red chilli dusting scented element and combine well.

After 2 mins, toss in boiled corn, aqua as per the experiment, toss in peas, lid the wok and arid-fry it for 3 to 4 mins.

Turn off the flame and dish up.
