450 grams Mutton - cleaned and Cut into small pieces
1 Onion - thinly sliced
1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1/2 Cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
1 Tablespoon Red Chilli powder - differ amount as per taste
1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
1 Tablespoon Garam masala powder
2 Green Chillies - finely chopped
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - Few Chopped
Salt - to taste
1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Onion - roughly chopped in chunks
6 Dry Red Chillies

To begin preparing Mutton Do Pyaza formula, keep all the components handy.

In a saucepan kept on medium bring to temperature, sauté sliced onions using a tablespoon of oil, till browned, for about 2-3 moments.

Sprinkling a little table salt while sautéing helps in faster preparing.
