Ingredients

  • 450 grams Mutton - cleaned and Cut into small pieces
  • 1 Onion - thinly sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1/2 Cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Chilli powder - differ amount as per taste
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1 Tablespoon Garam masala powder
  • 2 Green Chillies - finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - Few Chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion - roughly chopped in chunks
  • 6 Dry Red Chillies

To begin preparing Mutton Do Pyaza formula, keep all the components handy.

In a saucepan kept on medium bring to temperature, sauté sliced onions using a tablespoon of oil, till browned, for about 2-3 moments.

Sprinkling a little table salt while sautéing helps in faster preparing.
