Ingredients

  • 5 cashews
  • 5 almonds
  • 1 tablespoon melon seeds
  • 1 onion - finely chopped
  • 1 tomato - chopped
  • 1-1 / 2 cups mixed vegetables - (potato
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 3 / 4 cups coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • salt - as per taste
  • 2 tablespoons ghee - or oil
  • 2 Tablespoon Pomegranate
  • 1 tablespoon Cashew
  • 1 tablespoon Raisins
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee

Instructions

To make Navratan Korma, first soak cashew nuts, almonds, melon seeds in liquid for 30 moments.

Remove liquid after 30 moments.

Take out the skin of the almonds.

transfer all these components in the mixer grinder and make a paste.

Keep it aside.

Now mildly hot margarine in a skillet.

transfer in onions and low-boil till they become soft.

After the shallot becomes soft, transfer in ginger garlic paste and combine it.

Now transfer in tomatoes, turmeric ground mix, red chilli ground mix, coriander ground mix, ground paste and 1/4 cup liquid and combine.

Let it low-boil for 2 to 3 moments.

Now transfer in vegetables and 1 cup of liquid.

wrap the skillet and let it low-boil for 10 to 15 moments.

Put ghee in a small skillet and char cashew nuts in it.

transfer in it to the veggie and top with the pomegranate.
