  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoons Green Chutney (Coriander & Mint)
  • 1 tablespoon Sweet Chutney (Date & Tamarind)
  • Sev - to garnish
  • Puffed rice - to garnish
  • Roasted Peanuts (Moongphali) - to garnish
