1 cup Graham cracker crumbs - (eg. marie biscuits powdered)
1/4 cup Butter - melted
1/4 cup Caster Sugar
1 tablespoon Lemon zest
1/3 cup Lemon juice
2 tablespoon Corn flour
1-1/2 tablespoon Agar agar
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Fresh cream - or milk
1 pinch Yellow food colour - optional
Icing Sugar - as required
Mint Leaves (Pudina) - as required

To begin making the No cook thoroughly Lemon Bars formula, in a blender toss in the cracker biscuits and whiz into fine crumbs.

Transfer the crumb to a wide container.toss in melted shortening, caster sweetener and lemon zest to the crackers crumb.
