1 cup Sugar
1 cup Khoya (Mawa)
1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
1 Saffron strands - few
1/4 cup Milk - warm
1/4 cup Ghee
1/4 cup Pistachios - roughly chopped

To begin making the No bake Rice Mawa Cake method (Burfi method), first get all the ingredient prepped and ready.Soak the flattened rice in liquid for 5 moments, sieve excess liquid and grind it into a coarse mixture using a mixer grinder.

Keep it aside.Meanwhile, thaw the saffron in 1/4 cup toasty dairy liquid and keep aside.toasty a heavy bottomed skillet with 2 tablespoons of ghee, mix in the mawa and swirl around into the ghee on medium toasty.
