1/4 cup Instant Oats (Oatmeal) - powdered
1/4 cup Jowar Flour (Sorghum)
1/4 cup Gram flour (besan)
2 tablespoons Sooji (Semolina/ Rava)
2 tablespoons Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
1/2 cup Methi Leaves (Fenugreek Leaves) - finely chopped
2 Green Chillies - finely chopped
1 inch Ginger - finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
Salt - to taste
1 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1 teaspoon Sesame seeds (Til seeds)
1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
1 sprig Curry leaves

For the Oats Methi MuthiaTo begin making the Oats Methi Muthia method, ground mix the oats in a mixer grinder and keep it ready.In a large mixing mixing bowl, combine, the powdered oats, jowar baking flour, besan baking flour, sooji, dahi, methi, green chillies, ginger, turmeric ground mix, and seasoning.introduce very little aqua just to bring the Methi Muthia flour base together.

Do not massage the flour base too much.Once the muthia flour base has come together, divide the flour base into three parts, now shape them into long burning dog style rolls and set aside.burning up a steamer on high burning up, place these muthia rolls on the steamer plate and seal and stew for 15 moments.After 15 moments, open the lid, insert a greased knife into one of the rolls to check if the Oats Methi Muthia has cooked, if the knife comes out sanitize it is steamed well.If not continue to stew for a few more moments until done.
