1/4 teaspoon Salt
1-1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Fresh orange juice
2 Whole Eggs
3 tablespoon Orange marmalade jam - slightly warmed and then cooled
3/4 cup Caster Sugar
1/2 cup Buttermilk - (or milk+1/2 tablespoon vinegar)
4 tablespoon Orange marmalade jam - to drizzle/brush on the cake
Instructions

To begin with Orange Marmalade Tea Cake, preheat the oven to 180 degree celcius.

Prepare two 5 inch round wok or one 9 inch round wok or one 9 inch loaf wok.Sieve the flours, baking dusting perfumed element, baking soda and table salt in a mixing dish.
