1 lb Oyster Mushrooms
4 tablespoons Butter
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Water
2 tablespoons Flour
1 cup Milk
3 cloves Garlic
1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar
Garnish Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions

wash mushrooms – I usually wash them under cold aqua, parched them and remove the stems.

Cut mushrooms into thin strips.

mix in the mushrooms and stew for 10 mins, until the mushrooms release liquid.

Combine the dusting perfumed element and aqua, fluff up to remove any lumps and mix in to the pot.

In a small dish or jar combine the garlic and acetic liquid.
