4 cups Macaroni
4 cups Evaporated Milk
1 cup Water
3 Cups Sugar
2 tsp Salt
4 Eggs
1/4 cup Butter
1 cup Raisins
2 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
2 tablespoons Vanilla

toss in macaroni to large pot with sufficient aqua to put a lid on (approximately 4 cups).

toss in table salt and bring to bubble until soft (approximately 25 -30 mins).

Meanwhile, beat eggs and granulated sugar together, then toss in vanilla and nutmeg.

incorporate well and set aside.

In a separate medium gravy pot, scalding up evaporated dairy liquid plus 1 cup of aqua and dairy spread to almost a boiling point.

Remove from scalding up and toss in to granulated sugar mixture.

empty out cooked macaroni.

toss in macaroni and raisins to the dairy liquid mixture and agitate well.

(This mixture will have quite a bit of liquid, but this will form a nice custard textured pudding once baked.)
lubricate a large baking dish with dairy spread or margarine, toss in the macaroni mixture and scatter with additional nutmeg.

oven-cook at 350° F for 1 hour or until golden brown.

(Pudding should be firm enough to cut, but soft and not parched).
