1 lb Oyster Mushrooms
4 tablespoons Butter
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Water
2 tablespoons Flour
1 cup Milk
3 cloves Garlic
1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar
Garnish Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions

rinse mushrooms – I usually wash them under cold liquid, dehydrated them and remove the stems.

Cut mushrooms into thin strips.

liquefy dairy spread in a small pot.

toss in the mushrooms and make for 10 moments, until the mushrooms release liquid.

Combine the baking flour and liquid, fluff up to remove any lumps and toss in to the pot.

toss in the seasoning and dairy liquid.

make for 10 more moments.

In a small dish or jar combine the garlic and acetic liquid.

enjoy the chowder with 1-2 tablespoons (or more) of the garlic and acetic liquid mixture and fiery red pepper.
