Ingredients
300 grams Parwal - peeled and cut length wise
2 Tomatoes - chopped
3 teaspoons Watermelon seeds
1 inch Ginger - finely chopped
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
1 Bay leaf (tej patta)
Salt - to taste
1 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
