  • 1 Onion - thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves Garlic - finely chopped
  • 1 cup Basil leaves - finely chopped
  • 1 Lemon
  • 3 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt - to taste
  • Red Chilli flakes - to taste
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese - grated
