  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds (Til seeds)
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic - minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
  • A pinch Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame (Gingelly) Oil
  • 4 tablespoon Water
  • Salt - as needed

Instructions

To start making Boiled Peanut Hummus, mix in all the components to your food processor except liquid.Pulse couple of times to breakdown all the components.

mix in liquid little by little and process until the hummus is coarse or even and velvety based on your preference.Tranger the components to a serving container, splash a little more olive lubricate (optional) on the top, strew some chili ground mix or herbs and dish up. dish up the Peanut Hummus along with firm Lavash or Multi-Grain Crackers as a party appetizer.
