300g Spaghetti
1 tbls Olive Oil
1 finely chopped Onion
2 cloves minced Garlic
1 Red Chilli
1 tbls Tomato Puree
425g Pilchards
70g Black Olives
Shaved Parmesan
Instructions

fiery up the fat in a non-stick frying skillet and make the shallot, garlic and chilli for 3-4 mins to soften.

agitate in the tomato purée and make for 1 min, then mix in the pilchards with their gravy.

make, breaking up the fish with a wooden spoon, then mix in the olives and continue to make for a few more mins.

sieve the pasta and mix in to the skillet with 2-3 tbsp of the culinary preparation liquid.

Toss everything together well, then divide between plates and dish up, scattered with Parmesan.
