Ingredients

  • 1 cup gram flour
  • 1/4 cup rice flour
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • salt - as per taste
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 3 potatoes - Boil
  • mash
  • 1 tsp rye
  • 2 green chillies - finely chopped
  • 1 sprig curry leaves - finely chopped
  • 1 inch ginger - tightly
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida

To make Aloo Bonda formula, first put the potatoes in the cooker with moisture as per the usage and make it till you come to 2 cities.

Now reduce the fiery up and make for another 5 moments.

Now introduce gram ground mix, rice ground mix, turmeric ground mix, 1/4 tsp red chilli ground mix, baking soda, table salt and pulse well.

To make Allu Bonda Masala, first fiery up cooking oil in a pot.

introduce mustard seeds and let it splutter.

Now introduce curry leaves, green chillies, ginger, potatoes, turmeric ground mix, red chili ground mix, asafoetida, table salt and pulse.

Make small balls of potato masala.

Now introduce these balls to the gram ground mix mixture and pulse.

fiery up a paniyaram pot and introduce little cooking oil to each cavity.
