Ingredients
250 grams Prawns - shelled and deveined
4 Dry Red Chillies
1/2 teaspoon Whole Black Peppercorns
1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1/4 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1/4 Methi Seeds (Fenugreek Seeds)
1/2 teaspoon Coriander (Dhania) Seeds
1/2 Fennel seeds (Saunf)
1 tablespoon Tamarind - soaked in 1/4 cup warm water
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1/4 Cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
1/2 Lemon juice
6 cloves Garlic
2 tablespoons Ghee - plus 1 teaspoon
Salt - as per taste.

To begin making the Prawn Ghee bake formula, soak the chillies in mildly hot liquid for 1 hour, sieve the liquid and reserve the chillies.wipe down the prawns, wash and pat them dehydrated.Soak tamarind in 1/4 cup mildly hot liquid for 10 moments.

Once soaked squeeze the tamarind and extract the pulp.fiery up a small sauté wok, bake the pepper corns, fenugreek, mustard, fennel and cumin, once the spices stop to splutter, switch off the fiery up.

Transfer the spices into a dish, let it be cool, and grind to make a fine ground mix.introduce the garlic and soaked chillies into a grinder with a splash of liquid and grind to form a velvety paste.augment the taste the prawns with the lime extract, yoghurt, red chilli ground mix, turmeric and a pinch of table salt for 20 moments. introduce 2 tablespoons ghee to a wok, place it on medium flame introduce the prawns in batches.

Remove the prawns from wok. introduce garlic chilies paste into the remaining ghee, sauté for 2 moments, introduce prawns, roasted dehydrated perfumed element ground mix, remaining marination masala and table salt, combine well and fiery up until coat gets separated.introduce tamarind pulp, curry leaves and fiery up for 5 moments on low flame, if required strew some liquid. introduce remaining 1 teaspoon ghee on top, combine and switch off the gas.

Transfer the Prawn Ghee bake into a serving dish.present Prawn Ghee bake as a side dish along with Mangalorean Style Kuvalyacho Pollav and Steamed Rice for a weekday meal.
