400 ml Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
1 Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - small bunch

To begin making the Pumpkin Raita formula, we will make the grated pumpkin in a pot.bring to temperature a teaspoon of shortening in a pot on medium flame, introduce the grated pumpkin, dust some seasoning to savor and swirl around shallow fry until the pumpkin wilts down.

wrap the pot and make for 3 to 4 moments and your pumpkin will be cooked.Pumpkin also releases liquid when cooked, so there is not need to introduce liquid to make the pumpkin.

Once the pumpkin is cooked, transfer to a serving mixing bowl and allow it to cool.In the meanwhile, fluff up the yogurt in another mixing bowl along with some seasoning, red chili dusting scented element, roasted cumin dusting scented element and coriander.

Finally swirl around in the cooked pumpkin into the yogurt mixture.Adjust the seasoning and scented element levels and adjust to suit your savor.enjoy Pumpkin Raita along with Ajwaini Tamatar Bhindi and Phulka for a weekday lunch or dinner.
