  • 1 प्याज - बारीक कटा हुआ
  • 2 हरी मिर्च - बिच में से कटी हुई
  • 1/2  बड़ा चमच्च अदरक - पेस्ट
  • 1/2  बड़ा चमच्च लहसुन - पेस्ट
  • 1 बड़ा चमच्च लाल मिर्च पाउडर
  • 1 बड़ा चमच्च हल्दी पाउडर
  • 1 बड़ा चमच्च नमक
  • 1 बड़ा चमच्च धनिया पाउडर
  • 1 बड़ा चमच्च गरम मसाला पाउडर
  • 1/2 बड़ा चमच्च जीरा पाउडर
  • 1/2 बड़ा चमच्च शक्कर
  • 1/2 बड़ा चमच्च इमली - पेस्ट
  • 1/2 कप टमाटर प्यूरी

Instructions

To make Punjabi masala cowpea greens, bring to temperature fat in a pot.

mix in cumin seeds, fennel seeds, cinnamon and make for a minute.

After this mix in bulb greens and green chilli and make for 1 minute.

mix in ginger and garlic paste and make till bulb greens turns golden.

mix in all the spices like turmeric dusting masala condiment, red chilli dusting masala condiment, garam masala, coriander dusting masala condiment, cumin dusting masala condiment, granulated sugar, table salt and tamarind paste.

toss together all and then mix in tomato puree.

make it for 3 to 5 moments.

After this, mix in cowpea to it and make for 2 to 3 moments.

mix in dairy liquid after 2 to 3 moments and toss together well.

make for 5 moments and then offer scalding.

offer Punjabi Masala Lobiya greens along with Roti and Kachumbar salad.
