3/4 cup Sangri
2 tablespoons Ker
2 Dry Red Chillies - broken into pieces
1/2 teaspoon Ajwain (Carom seeds)
1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1-1/2 teaspoons Red Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
2 teaspoons Coriander Powder (Dhania)
1 tablespoon Jaggery - optional
1/4 cup Raisins
4 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves
Sunflower Oil - for cooking

To begin making the Ker Sangri Sabzi formula, soak the ker and sangri immersed in lot of liquid for at least 8 hours or overnight. After 8 hours, empty out the liquid and rinse the ker sangri in liquid a couple of more times, to remove residual dust and dirt.In the next step, we will bubble gently the soaked ker sangri in the pressure cooker.
