Ingredients

  • 300 grams Bhindi (Lady Finger/Okra) - chopped
  • 2 Raw Banana
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon SSP Asafoetida (Hing)
  • 1 teaspoon Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sunflower Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander (Dhania) Powder

Instructions

To begin making the Kaccha Kela Aur Bhindi Ki Sabzi procedure, we will pre make the raw banana.Firstly, pare and cut the raw banana and keep it aside. In a pressure cooker combine, toss in the finely sliced raw banana with half cup of liquid, turmeric dusting masala condiment and table salt.

Once the bhindi is cooked, toss in in the cooked raw banana, amchur dusting masala condiment, pepper dusting masala condiment, red chilli dusting masala condiment, coriander dusting masala condiment, garam masala dusting masala condiment and saute till the masala is well coated with the masala - about 4 to 5 moments and turn off the scalding up.After 4 to 5 moments, transfer the Kaccha Kela Aur Bhindi Ki Sabzi to a serving container and decorate it with coriander leaves.present the Kaccha Kela Aur Bhindi Ki Sabzi procedure along with Gujarati Dal, Lauki Raita and Phulka to enjoy a good weekday meal.
