250 grams Jaggery
1/2 cup Dessicated Coconut
1/2 cup Roasted Peanuts (Moongphali) - crushed
1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
2 tablespoon Ghee

Which means when you mix in a drop of jaggery syrup on the table it has to stay in the shape of a drop and not spread.

You can also check by mix in the the drops of jaggery into a dish containing aqua, once you remove the jaggery out it should be sticky and have the soft ball shape.At this point switch of the flame, mix in the parched roasted mixture carefully and mash well.
