1/3 cup Raw Peanuts (Moongphali)
10 Curry leaves
2 Green Chillies - finely chopped
1 tablespoon Raisins
7 Cashew nuts
7 Badam (Almond)
1/4 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Caster Sugar
1 teaspoon Chaat Masala Powder
Salt - to taste
Sunflower Oil - for frying
Instructions
