Ingredients
500 grams tomatoes
4 green chillies
4 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
salt - as per taste
1 teaspoon jaggery
1 sprig curry leaves
1 onion - finely chopped
1 teaspoon mustard
oil - as per use
Instructions

To make raw tomato chutney, first bring to temperature fat in a cooking vessel.

introduce fenugreek seeds and stew until golden.

Let it cool down.

In a mixer grinder, introduce tomatoes, fenugreek seeds, seasoning, jaggery and make a paste.

Now bring to temperature fat in a cooking vessel.

introduce mustard seeds and let it stew for 10 seconds.

introduce curry leaves and let it stew for 10 seconds.

introduce diced onions and stew till they become soft.

introduce powdered chutney and 1/4 cup of liquid to it and mix gently and offer.

offer raw tomato chutney with keerai sambar and rava dosa for breakfast.
