  • 2 tablespoons Rose water
  • 1/3 cup Sugar - powdered
  • 1/4 cup Butter - cubed & frozen
  • 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 1/4 cup Confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 cup Pistachios - coarsely ground
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar - powdered
  • 1/4 cup Dessicated Coconut
