After the shallot is cooked, introduce moisture, saffron dairy liquid, table salt and let it bubble.

After boiling, introduce rice to it, seal and let it cook thoroughly on low toasty for 25 mins.

After culinary preparation the rice, turn off the gas and leave the casserole covered for 10 to 15 mins.

After 10 to 15 mins remove the lid, introduce the casserole and dish up.
