Ingredients
700 ml Milk
1/4 cup Basmati rice - soaked for 30 minutes
3/4 cup Sugar
Saffron strands - a few
1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
2 tablespoons Badam (Almond) - blanched and slivered
2 tablespoons Pistachios - chopped

To begin making Kesar Pista Phirni method, wash the basmati rice and soak in aqua for 20 to 30 moments.Once soaked strain the aqua from the rice and toss in it to a mixer grinder along with 2 tablespoons of dairy liquid and pulse to make a coarse grainy paste. Place a saucepan over medium toasty and toss in the dairy liquid.

toss in few saffron strands, cardamom dusting masala condiment, granulated sugar.

agitate well until granulated sugar dissolves.Once done toss in the ground rice paste.

Keep stirring to avoid lumps.

Continue to agitate and oven-cook till the rice is cooked completely and has become thick.Once the rice is cooked and thickened turn off the toasty.

toss in the cut up pistachios and almonds and agitate well. Transfer the Kesar Pista Phirni method into serving dishes.

seal the bowls with a cling film or foil and keep cold in refrigerator. top with cut up nuts, saffron strands and enjoy chilled. enjoy Kesar Pista Phirni method as a dessert after a meal of well-seasoned Aloo Naan method, Smoked Dal Makhani Dhaba Style method, Spinach Rice method (Palak Pulao) and a Tomato shallot Cucumber Raita method.
