  • 1 Chicken breasts - Cubed
  • 1 Tablespoon Dark soy sauce
  • 3 Tablespoon Corn flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 1 Inch Ginger - Julienned
  • 1 Tablespoon Sweet and Spicy Red Chilli Sauce (Tomato Chilli Sauce)
  • 1 Tablespoon White vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Roasted tomato pasta sauce
  • 2 Tablespoon Red Chilli sauce
  • 3 Green Chillies - Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1 Spring Onion (Bulb & Greens) - Chopped
  • 1 Onion - Diced
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Dark soy sauce
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper (Capsicum) - diced
  • 1 Red Bell pepper (Capsicum) - diced
  • 1 Carrot (Gajjar) - Blanched
  • 1/4 cup Broccoli - (florets) Blanched
  • 8 Green beans (French Beans) - Blanched
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil - to cook
  • 2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • Salt - to taste
  • 200 grams Hakka Noodles - Boiled
  • 1 Tablespoon Dark soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Light soy sauce
  • 1 Spring Onion Greens - chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon White vinegar
  • 3 Green Chillies - Chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • Salt - to taste
  • 4 teaspoons Sunflower Oil
  • Spring Onion Greens - Few stalks
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame seeds (Til seeds)

Instructions

To begin making Schezwan Chicken Sizzler steps,in a mixing container combine the chicken pices along with Dark Soy coulis, Cornflour dusting fragrant element, Wheat baking flour and Ginger Garlic Paste.Give it a good swirl around and empty in the cubed chicken pieces.Make sure all the chicken pieces are coated properly and let it rest for 15 mins.Meanwhile we can work upon the grilled vegetables Blanch carrots, french beans and broccoli.scalding up up a broil skillet and splash some olive fat.

scatter each of the vegetables with table salt and pepper.Working in batches, broil the vegetables until soft and lightly charred all over, about 8 to 10 mins for the bell peppers; 8 mins for french beans and carrots ; 4 mins for the broccoli.

Keep the grilled vegetables aside.Once the chicken is marinated,it is time to skillet-fry it.

empty fat in shallow frying skillet and let it get heated up enough for shallow frying.skillet-fry the chicken pieces till they start looking brittle on the outer side.Make sure you do not overcrowd the skillet otherwise the chicken cubes will not get brittle.Put the fried chicken pieces on a kitchen towel to remove excess fat.In order to make Schezwan Chicken scalding up up some fat in a wok.Saute minced ginger and spring shallot greens together till it becomes fragrant.empty in green chillies, minced shallot and let it prepare till the shallot becomes translucent.combine in soy coulis,schezwan coulis, white acidic solution, red chilli coulis, tomato coulis,black pepper dusting fragrant element and table salt.

Give it a good swirl around and empty in the fried chicken pieces into the skillet.empty in quarter cup of liquid and let it prepare on slow scalding up for about 5-7 mins till the coulis thickens.And in the end we have to prepare the noodles.So scalding up some fat in another wok/skillet and empty in spring shallot into it.Saute it for few seconds.empty in the boiled noodles, minced green chillies, soy coulis, white acidic solution and give it a good swirl around.scatter black pepper dusting fragrant element and table salt into the noodles and combine it well.prepare for 5-7 mins on low scalding up.Put the sizzler plate for heating on direct flame.

Put noodles and schezwan chicken on the scalding plate.Arrange the grilled vegetables on the top and sides of the plate.
