Ingredients
4 eggs
1 onion - chopped
6 garlic - grated
2 tomatoes - chopped
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
Salt - according to taste

To make Muttai Kunjhambu method, first place the liquid in a saucepan to heat to boiling point as per the usage.

When the liquid boils, introduce eggs to it and heat to boiling point it for 12 to 15 moments.

Take out the eggs and keep them aside to cool.

Remove the skin and cut it in half.

Keep aside, now mildly hot cooking oil in a wok.

introduce rai, cumin seeds and let it splutter.

Now introduce bulb produce and bubble gently till it becomes soft.

After the bulb produce becomes soft, introduce garlic to it and bubble gently for 1 minute.

Now introduce tomatoes and bubble gently till they become soft.

After the tomatoes are soft, introduce coriander ground mix, garam masala ground mix, red chilli ground mix, turmeric ground mix, seasoning and pulse well.

Allow to bubble gently for 1 minute.

Now introduce liquid as per use and bubble gently for 5 to 7 moments.

After this, introduce eggs and bubble gently for 2 to 3 moments.

Turn off the gas, top with green coriander and dish up.
