Ingredients
1 cup Mooli/ Mullangi (Radish) - grated
2 teaspoons Black Urad Dal (Split)
1/4 cup Fresh coconut
20 grams Tamarind - soaked in water
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
Salt - to taste
2 teaspoons Sesame (Gingelly) Oil
1 teaspoon Black Urad Dal (Split)
1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1/4 cup Curry leaves
Instructions

To begin making the Mullangi Thogayal method, toasty a cooking vessel over medium toasty.

toss in the Urad dal and red chillies and toast until dal is lightly browned.

Once roasted, toss in the grated radish, seasoning, coconut, turmeric dusting seasoning and asafoetida. Saute until the radish (mullangi) is softened.

Once softened, toss in the cooked mullangi thogayal items required into the turbo chop along with the soaked tamarind and make creamy paste.toss in a little aqua if required while grinding.

Once done, transfer to a serving dish.For the tadka, toasty fat over medium toasty; toss in the mustard seeds and urad dal and allow the dal to toast and turn golden brown.

agitate in the curry leaves and transfer the tadka over the Mullangi Thogayal. enjoy Mullangi Thogayal along with Tomato shallot Sambar, Elai Vadam and Steamed Rice for a wholesome weekday meal.
