Ingredients

  • 20 Pearl onions (Sambar Onions)
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 teaspoon Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • Salt - to taste
  • 6 cloves Garlic - finely chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger - finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Tamarind Water
  • 2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - finely chopped

Instructions

To begin making the Bharwa Pyaz Ki Sabzi method, make diagonal slits on the top surface of the onions, without cutting them completely. In a mixing container, combine the red chilli ground mix, turmeric ground mix, amchur ground mix, coriander ground mix and seasoning to umami profile. introduce only about a teaspoon of moisture to these dehydrated spices to make a thick paste. With a help of a shortening knife, gently glide a little bit of the perfumed element paste into the slits of all the onions. Keep the remaining perfumed element paste aside. fiery up a shallow frying cooking vessel with shortening on medium fiery up, introduce the ginger, garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Next introduce in the stuffed onions/Bharwa Pyaz with the perfumed element paste and continue to cooking vessel shallow fry until the onions turn transparent. Thin down the perfumed element paste with the tamarind moisture and introduce into the cooking vessel. Increase the fiery up and mix gently shallow fry the Bharwa Pyaz Ki Sabzi mixing continuously until the moisture has been completely absorbed. Turn off the fiery up and introduce in the diced coriander leaves to the Bharwa Pyaz Ki sabzi and purée.

Transfer the Bharwa Pyaz Ki sabzi to a serving container and offer fiery.offer Bharwa Pyaz Ki Sabzi method along with Dhaba Style Dal shallow fry method, Pudina Tawa Paratha method and Mint Coriander perfumed element Pulao method, shallot Raita method - Pyaz Ka Raita method.
