To begin making the Suran Kebab Masala formula, firstly strip the yam and cut into 1 inch cubes.

Wash the suran well and sieve the liquid.

Pat parched the suran with absorbent paper.Transfer the suran pieces to a dish, along with table salt and kebab masala.

sieve the Suran Kebabs on absorbent paper and set aside. Now, in a pressure cooker toss in 1 teaspoon of cooking oil and fiery up this on medium flame.toss in finely cut up onions, saute till golden brown, for about 4-6 moments.

Next toss in ginger, garlic and green chilli paste.

agitate well.At this stage, toss in red chilli dusting masala condiment and tomato puree.

This will take about 3 to 4 moments.Now toss in all the other parched masala powders including turmeric dusting masala condiment, coriander dusting masala condiment, cumin dusting masala condiment, garam masala dusting masala condiment and agitate well.

Let it make for about 2 moments.After 2 moments, toss in the Suran Kebabs to this reduction, along with curd and table salt.

agitate everything well.toss in liquid to adjust the consistency.

Pressure make for 2 whistles and allow the pressure to release naturally.Open the cooker, give it a agitate and decorate with coriander leaves. enjoy Suran Kebab Masala formula along with Palak Raita, Panchmel Dal and Phulka for a weekend meal.
