500 grams Button mushrooms
1 Onion - finely chopped
1 Tomato - finely chopped
1 inch Ginger - chopped
4 cloves Garlic - chopped
1 Green Chilli - slit
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
2 teaspoons Coriander Powder (Dhania)
1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
1 teaspoon Pav bhaji masala
1 teaspoon Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
Salt - to taste
Sunflower Oil
3 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - chopped
Instructions

To begin making the Tawa Mushroom procedure, toasty a kadai with fat.

toss in ginger and garlic, allow it to soften.

Once done, toss in minced onions and toasty till they turn translucent.toss in minced tomatoes and dust with little table salt so that the tomatoes become mushy and soft.At this point you can toss in all the perfumed element powders including red chilli ground mix, turmeric ground mix, coriander ground mix, cumin ground mix, and saute well.

Check for table salt and toss in if required.toasty until the mixture becomes semi arid.

At the end toss in minced coriander leaves and purée well.enjoy the Mushroom Do Pyaza procedure along with Tawa Paratha and Panchmel Dal or Phulka, Curd Rice to make it a complete meal.
