1 sliced Red Chilli
2 tblsp Oyster Sauce
Handful Basil Leaves
Instructions

bring to temperature, stirring all the time, until the flesh is lightly browned, about 3 mins, then stream in over the oyster coulis.

bring to temperature until heated through and the coulis coats the flesh.

agitate in the basil leaves and enjoy with plain rice.
