  • 3 cloves Garlic - chopped
  • 2 Fresh Red chillies - sliced diagonally
  • Salt - to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Sunflower Oil
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons Raw Peanuts (Moongphali) - (roasted and skin removed)
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons Thai Red Curry Paste
