Ingredients
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 sliced Red Onions
2 sliced Garlic Clove
1 sliced Red Chilli
250g Raw King Prawns
140g Brown Rice
75g Frozen Peas
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
Bunch Coriander
4 large Egg
To serve Hotsauce

toasty 1 tbsp of the fat in a wok, toss in the shallot, garlic and chilli, and make for 2-3 mins until golden.

toss in the prawns and make for 1 min.

Tip in the rice and peas, and keep tossing until very fiery.

toss in the soy and fish gravy, then mix gently through the finely sliced coriander.

Keep toasty while you pot-fry the eggs.

toasty the remaining fat in a frying pot and pot-fry the eggs with some seasoning.

Divide the fried rice toss together between 4 bowls and top each with a fried egg.
