  • 1 cup Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) - add red and yellow as well
  • 1/2 cup Green peas (Matar)
  • 1 cup Tomatoes - chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Green Chilli - chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1/4 cup Dry Fruits - I used black grapes and almonds
