400 grams Tindora (Dondakaya/ Kovakkai) - sliced to roundels
2 teaspoons Sunflower Oil
1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
2 Dry Red Chillies
2 sprig Curry leaves
2 tablespoons Raw Peanuts (Moongphali) - coarsely ground
2 teaspoons Sesame seeds (Til seeds) - roasted
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
1 pinch Turmeric powder (Haldi)
Salt - to taste

To begin making Til Moongphali Aur Kundru Sabzi formula (Sesame, Peanuts & Ivy Gourd swirl around wok-fry), wash and thinly cut tindora/kundru and keep aside.dehydrated char sesame seeds in a kadai till fragrant (just for a minute or so on medium burning up) and keep aside.burning up cooking oil in a wok/kadai and introduce mustard seeds, curry leaves, dehydrated red chillies and let the mustard crackle.Once the mustard seeds have crackled introduce the sliced kundru and swirl around well on a high burning up for 2-3 moments.Now introduce turmeric ground mix, seasoning and let the kundru wok-fry on low burning up.Once the kundru starts getting soft, introduce coarselyr grounded peanuts, red chilli ground mix, coriander ground mix and give a nice swirl around.lid the Moongphali Aur Kundru Sabzi with a lid and bubble gently and make for till the kundru is cooked through.Once the Moongphali kundru sabzi is done, introduce roasted sesame all over and give a speedy swirl around.enjoy Til Moongphali Aur Kundru Sabzi along with Palak Dal, Boondi Raita and Phulka for an everyday meal.
