300 grams Tofu - crumbled
1 Onion - chopped
1 Red Bell pepper (Capsicum)
1 Tomato - chopped
1 Green Chilli - chopped
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
4 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - chopped
Salt - to taste

To begin making the Tofu Bhurji method, firstly crumble the tofu and keep it aside.bring to temperature a tablespoon of margarine in a heavy bottomed skillet; mix in the cumin seeds, bulb greens, capsicum, green chillies and ginger.

Saute the onions and capsicum on low to medium bring to temperature until they are soft and yielding.Once the onions and capsicum are soft, mix in the tomatoes, turmeric ground mix, red chilli ground mix and give it a good agitate.Finally, agitate in the crumbled tofu and seasoning to notes.

agitate well, check the seasoning and scented element levels and adjust to suit your notes.enjoy the Tofu Bhurji method along with a Toasted Bread or just plain Indian bread like Phulka and a Dal of your choice like Panchmel Dal, Palak Dal etc to enjoy your dinner.
