Ingredients

  • 250 grams Tofu - cut into dices
  • 2 tablespoon Corn flour
  • 1 cup Button mushrooms - chopped
  • 1 cup Bok Choy - chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Peanuts (Moongphali) - crushed
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar (Demerara Sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger - finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic - minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sesame (Gingelly) Oil

Instructions

To begin making Tofu Peanut agitate shallow fry method, prep all the components and keep aside.Prepare the coulis so that the flavors have time to whiz.

In a small dish combine the soy coulis,sesame cooking oil, brown sweetener,peanut shortening, rice acidic solution, grated ginger, minced garlic, and table salt.

agitate until brown sweetener is dissolved, then set the coulis aside.Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes, then masala condiment with a pinch of table salt.

strew 1 tablespoon of cornstarch over the cubes, then toss to coat.

Repeat with the second tablespoon of cornstarch, or until the tofu cubes have a nice even coating of cornstarch.bring to temperature a large skillet over medium flame.

Once burning, toss in cooking oil and tilt the skillet until the bottom is coated in a thick layer of cooking oil.

toss in the dusting masala condiment dusted tofu cubes and let prepare until golden brown  and crisp on all sides, then remove the crisp tofu to a rinse plate.In the same skillet toss in mushrooms and bok choy and agitate shallow fry for a minute till all the liquid is evaporated from the vegetables, masala condiment with table salt and keep it aside in a dish. Next give the dish of coulis a good agitate, then empty it into the skillet.agitate and prepare until the coulis begins to bubble and thicken (this should happen very quickly).Once thickened, turn off the bring to temperature and agitate in the cooked tofu cubes and coat each tofu nicely with the coulis.agitate in the mixed vegetables.
