Ingredients

  • 2 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Raw papaya - grated
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper (Capsicum) - chopped
  • 1 Red Bell pepper (Capsicum) - chopped
  • 1 cup Cabbage (Patta Gobi/ Muttaikose) - grated
  • 1 Onion - sliced
  • 1 inch Ginger - grated
  • 4 cloves Garlic - chopped
  • 4 tablespoon Thai Yellow Curry Paste
  • 4 tablespoon Roasted Peanuts (Moongphali) - crushed
  • Salt - to taste

Instructions

To begin making the Thai Style Vegetables & Raw Papaya Rice method, burning up coat in a kadai on medium flame, toss in ginger and garlic, saute for 30 seconds until it has slightly changed the color.Once that is done, you can toss in finely sliced bell peppers and saute for a couple of  moments.
