2 cups Homemade tomato puree
1 Onion - chopped
4 cloves Garlic - chopped
1 teaspoon Dried Thyme Leaves
1 teaspoon Red Chilli flakes
1 tablespoon Tabasco Original - Hot Sauce
1 teaspoon Sugar
Salt - to taste
100 grams Chicken breasts - cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons Barbeque sauce

To begin making the Barbecue Chicken Pizza method, we will first make the pizza flour base as it takes a couple of hours to rise.In a large mixing mixing bowl, combine the dusting seasoning, fermenter, table salt, sweetener.

Divide the pizza flour base into 4 portions.Dust the pizza flour base on dusting seasoning and roll to make a 5 inch circle or the thickness you like for the pizza crust.Place the rolled flour base on the tawa and make it like a roti on both sides.Spread a little cooking oil on the top of the flour base and flip to make it face the bottom.Next spread the tomato gravy evenly, splash the mozzarella paneer variance.

transfer in the Barbecue chicken topping on the pizza and spread it evenly.seal the cooking vessel and allow the paneer variance to soften and also wait for the crust to get a slightly crisp from the sides.
