  • 4 Basil leaves - torn
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Methi Seeds (Fenugreek Seeds)
  • 1 Dry Red Chilli
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
